With 28 years of professional experience in renowned international and independent law firms in Paris, London and Luxembourg, Emmanuelle Ragot is recognized by her clients, peers and teams for her precise, relevant and pragmatic technical analysis and personal involvement in her clients' cases with a strategic vision.

Her mastery of both the advisory aspects and the litigation management of cases before national and European courts enables her to negotiate skillfully, to advise with common sense and to preserve the interests of her clients in case of conflict through a transactional solution or a controlled litigation on the merits and in the form of the procedure.

Her dual legal training in French private and public law (University of Paris 1 Panthéon) combined with a specialization diploma in intellectual property law (CEIPI Strasbourg) and a diploma in labor law (University of Paris 1 Panthéon) allow for a broad and complete field of competence.
